Turning

On our new Mori Seiki lathes, every quantity of lathe as well as lathe and milling workpieces can be produced economically. Our lathes have got a C- and a Y-axis, driven tools and a short bar loader.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM)

We machine your highly precise products on our ED-Machine. Conical cuts are also absolutely no problem for us.

CAD/CAM system

Every CNC machine is networked to our CAD/CAM programming system, so we can process all established CAD data. Thus, your construction plans are implemented quickly and accurately.

Measurement

With our ZEISS CONTURA, the measurement center of the newest generation, we are capable to measure your parts flexibly and reliably.

Our circular grinder is going to put the finishing touch to your turned parts.

Surface grinding
